Wei Liu is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Overseas High-level Young Talent, and Elite Scholar of the "Xinghua Scholar Talent Program" at the School of Automation Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. His research mainly focuses on intelligent control theory and its applications in robotic and UAV systems. He has served as principal investigator for more than 10 projects, including a National Key R&D Program project, projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou Science and Technology Program projects, central university research projects, and enterprise-commissioned projects. As first or corresponding author, he has published more than 50 journal and conference papers in outlets such as Automatica, IEEE-TAC, IEEE-TNNLS, and IEEE-TSMC-S. He has received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of the Chinese Association of Automation and the Young Scholar Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and the Chinese Association of Automation, and an editorial board member of the journals Unmanned Systems and Control Theory & Applications. He has served as Technical Committee Chair, Program Committee Chair, Publication Committee Chair, and Invited Session Chair, among other positions, for multiple domestic and international academic conferences such as ETAE, NSCC, and CCC.

Xinsong Yang received the B.S. degree in mathematics from Huaihua Normal University in 1992, and the M.S. degree in mathematics from Yunnan University in 2006. From 2006 to 2012, he was with Honghe University. From 2012 to 2020, He was a Professor with Chongqing Normal University. From 2021 to present, he is a Professor with Sichuan University. His current research interest is group intelligence and control.,He is the Author or Co-Author of more than 100 papers in refereed international journals. He is the Highly Cited Researcher Award by Thomson Reuters/Clarivate Analytics from 2019 to 2024. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Neurocomputing, Neural Processing Letters, Mathematics, Frontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, and Mathematical Modelling and Control. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Intelligence & Control.

Baoquan Li received the B.Eng. degree in automation and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. Since 2013 to 2014, he was a joint Ph.D. student with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, awarded by China Scholarship Council. He is currently aProfessor with the Tianjin Key Laboratory of Autonomous Intelligence Technology and Systems, and the School of Control Science and Engineering, Tiangong University, Tianjin. He is a senior member of IEEE. His current research interests include computer vision, sensor fusion, unmanned aerial vehicle, and nonlinear control. He has published over 50 technical papers in journals and conference proceedings, and he is a principal investigator of over 10 granted scientific projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Tianjin,and Fundamental Research Funds for Universities of Tianjin City. He is a Candidate for Innovative Talent Project Award of Tianjin City, obtains Young Innovative Talent Award within Tianjin City Universities, and obtains Popular Supervisor Award by Tiangong University. He obtains 1st Class Prize of Outstanding Advisor Award for China Robot Competition by Chinese Association of Automation, and obtains Outstanding Advisor Award for China Engineering Robot Competition by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence.
